Four-way crossbred pork is produced by combining four different breeds. “Herb Four-Way Crossbred Pork” is characterized by a special breed combination and the use of herbs in the feed. By incorporating the Duroc breed twice in the crossbreeding process, we achieve meat with rich marbling, which is preferred in Japan. Additionally, by feeding these pigs with feed containing essential oils from herbs, the product boasts both strong umami flavor and tenderness.

We pay meticulous attention to pork safety management. “Herb Four-Way Crossbred Pork” is produced at designated farms only. These farms are managed by dedicated veterinarians and nutritionists in a clean environment, and feed is checked for residual pesticides and foreign substances according to Japanese standards. Traceability is strictly enforced, with a barcode system that allows tracking of when and where the meat was processed. Furthermore, leveraging our logistics capabilities, we have developed a unique route to deliver fresh, refrigerated pork (not frozen) from processing plants in the Midwest to the West Coast by truck, and we even manage the temperature history inside the containers during transport to Japan. This ensures that fresh, safe, and secure pork reaches Japanese tables while maintaining high freshness.
