SC Foods’ Kawasaki Shiohama Processing Center in Kanagawa, Japan started its operation in December 2018. Despite chronic workforce shortages, the domestic market for semi-processed meat is expected to expand. Our processing center has a state-of-the-art meat seasoning and packing line, which operates at high speed while reinforcing safety control. We strive to respond to the fluctuating demands(timely processing of refrigerated/frozen meat)from mass retailers, restaurants, and take-out or delivery services within the Tokyo metropolitan area throughout the year.
